Please note that we ask for your credit card details now, but your card will not be charged until your booking request has been approved by the owner. Most booking requests are approved within the hour, but there are times when it can take longer. Please allow 24 hours for a response. If your booking request is approved and your stay is more than 2 months away, 50% of your stay will be charged to your credit card. The remaining portion is due 2 months prior to your arrival date. If your stay is less than 2 months away, the entire cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card. Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Rental Agreement above.
