“For over a decade, we have traveled via VRBO Properties several times a year, but Spirit Haven has taken a special place in our hearts. You actually feel a part of the lake, and whether the sun was shining or a storm was moving in, we were mesmerized. The owners obviously poured their hearts into the property and were eager for us to enjoy our time as much as they have. Plenty of proactive communication as well as responsiveness to inquiries. We were only able to book 1/2 our week’s vacation, and had to leave for another property after 3 days. It was new and spacious with huge sectional sofas and stainless steel appliances. “My wife and I were looking for a somewhere peaceful and quiet to try and forget about the world and we found it in Spirit Haven. It’s the most unique cabin we’ve rented on the north shore and the deck overlooking Superior is the perfect place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning or something strong as the sun sets. The location is great for hiking and Grand Marais is so close, even though you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The cabin came well equipped and the owners were incredibly helpful and kind. I can’t wait to come back!“
